Presentation of the Association

Adan is the leading professional federation in the crypto sector in France and Europe. As an association governed by the 1901 law, it brings together nearly 150 professionals, including both new players and established companies. L’Adan represents the crypto industry to all public authorities (regulators, institutions, politicians) at the French and European level, and actively works to support the emergence of champions to strengthen digital sovereignty. Position: Operations Manager

Contract: Permanent contract
Work location: Paris (occasional remote working possible)
Remuneration: Between €40,000 and €50,000 gross per annum
Start date: First quarter of 2026

Responsibilities

As Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Organising Adan events (meetups, conferences, VIP dinners, etc.) from start to finish: seeking sponsorship, managing logistics, etc.
  • Managing the membership process for our 120+ member companies
  • Communicating on behalf of the association, both to our members (newsletters, emails) and externally (social media, website)
  • Managing accounting and HR processes and internal software (CRM).

Required skills and experience

  • Master’s degree (business school, IEP or university)
  • At least one significant work experience (internship or permanent contract)
  • Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) is essential to thrive in a European environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills suited to a variety of contacts (institutions, entrepreneurs, large groups).
  • Ability to manage files independently, anticipate deadlines and be proactive.
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Figma, WordPress, Hubspot, Pennylane, etc.).
  • Skills in design or corporate finance are a plus.
  • An interest in crypto topics is a plus.
